An Art Doll

8 Sep

I made this little art doll today for an online friend I am in a swap with. This isn’t what I was supposed to be making, but you know how some projects just don’t work out? Well I had one of those. I hope she will be happy with this little gal, instead. I drew and colored her with colored pencils on fabric, heat set, then sewed by hand and stuffed. Then sprayed her with some matte sealer for a little protection. She’s about 4 3/4″ tall.

Thanks! You do still need to spray seal it or something and it probably wouldn’t hold up to play for a child but seems to work fine for an art doll.
