This is a charcoal portrait I did this week after one done in chalks by English artist Edward Robert Hughes (1851รขโฌโ1914). Sorry to post and run but I could only steal a minute or two. I’ll be back tomorrow to see what everyone else has been up to for Sunday Sketches.
Amazing portrait!
Wonderfully done rendition ~ (A Creative Harbor)
Wow this is just beautiful. Probably my favorite piece here so far. You really captured this woman and it looks almost photographic.
Brillant!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing! I particularly like how you’ve captured the cast of the eyes and the set of her mouth. So much of her mood/personality conveyed. Tremendous work on the hair, particularly around the neck.
Wow! This is simply stunning!! Not a style of yours that you share very often. I love it! ๐
I too love the hair! Very nicely done.
Wow you are brilliant, love this one her expression is great.
AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
cheers, dana
